How your report is used

This independent survey is run for Queen’s Park Ward Liberal Democrat councillors to understand street-cleaning problems and raise them with Brent Council. It is not Brent’s official reporting system.

What you send

We save your street name, nearby landmark if supplied, observation date, cleanliness grade, selected issues, any notes, and an optional photo. We also save when the report was submitted and a reference number. The form does not ask for your name or email. Please avoid including people, house numbers, vehicle registrations or other personal details in notes or photos. The app prepares photos in your browser to remove embedded location metadata before upload.

Who sees it

Access to the review page and stored photos is restricted to authorised Queen’s Park Ward councillors signed in with their account. They can download responses to analyse patterns. They may share a street location, description and relevant photo with Brent Council when requesting action. Reports are not displayed publicly through this app.

Your choices

You can report directly to FixMyStreet ↗ instead of using this survey. If you submit here, keep the reference shown on the confirmation screen. To ask about or request removal of your submission, email Cllr.fiona.mulaisho@brent.gov.uk with that reference.
